When the design team started to conceptualize the model home for the second phase at The Creek, Navio - building 3 and 4, the ensuite bathroom was realized as a timeless oasis within these beautifully appointed Concert homes.

The ensuite bathrooms are generously designed with separate tub and showers, a long vanity with copious amounts of storage and a medicine cabinet to brag about. But what really excites the design team is the wall and floor tile from Fontile. White Carrara-inspired, 24" x 24" Italian porcelain tile in pure whites and clean greys. The result is a serene wall of subtle “marble veining” by which to relax. The vanity is built of dark stained walnut with the new Caesarstone "Fresh Concrete" countertop and backsplash.

The plumbing fixtures are the new DXV line by American Standard, the Rem Collection. Their styling is classically inspired but the sink faucet has a subtle unique spin on the classic design; a wand water control and with drain pull-up at the front.

These base building finishes are luxurious without the luxurious maintenance. Porcelain gives the same beauty as marble without the maintenance of real stone. To compliment the base finishes a pale grey silk wall covering was chosen. The glistening shimmer and light bouncing off the silk creates texture and true luxury. The selected photographic artwork is by local photographer, Doug Dorsett and the accessories from Provide.

The resulting bathroom is enticing and beautiful with a timeless appearance. By creating a neutral and calm backdrop of finishes, one can layer in accessories and artwork to transform the space into their own oasis. A splash of yellow or blue would create a whole new feeling in this ensuite at Navio.
